Service was quick and responsive
Driver T1193 yesterday was driving down 287 on his phone in a company branded vehicle & came flying up on me and had to quickly veer to the left lane to avoid a collision and as he passed by, was still messing with his phone. Do better.
Century Fire did not perform a careful inspection of all portions of my home's fire suppression pipe. They missed this big nail that was embedded in the water main intake line to the fire suppression system (see photo). They refused to help with any reasonable customer service. I ended up having to pay $ 760 extra out of my own pocket to hire a different, reputable fire suppression company to clean up Century Fire's mess.
Great staff working there and are willing to help out small businesses stay code compliant at a reasonable cost.
On my way to work this morning I had stopped for a school bus picking up kids over on Bridgwood and one of y'all's driver was flashing their lights at us to go. Please advise your drivers on the law for stopping for school busses. I didn't get their plate or ID on the van.
