It pains me to write this, as I don't like leaving bad reviews. I had an estimate booked with them tomorrow at 8am. This appointment was booked for a week. We currently have an entire bathroom ripped out because of a flood and have only one working bathroom for a family of 6. They just called and left a message saying they have a "bigger job to estimate" and will be busy and can't make it. I met one of their young men when I was passing by, my car battery was dead and could not start. When this young man learned about the situation, he helped us without hesitation. My husband and I were both very touched. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. I just wrote down the phone number when his truck left. Although this matter has nothing to do with their work, but I believe they provide selfless help to strangers from their big warm heart. I asked for their opinion on our very outdated water treatment equipment. (Old galvanized pressure tanks and fittings and water treatment units that were actually poorly/not functioning). They made some recommendations, including adding a whole home UV unit, which we decided to move forward with. After a multiple of issues around the house I called C&N Plumbing to repair several issues such as replacing an outdoor top fixing a leaky kitchen faucet troubleshooting and fixing hot water taps in the bathroom and finally repairing a bathroom sink drain which was improperly installed buy a previous contractor. The plumber, Mark, did an outstanding job. He worked efficiently, resolved the problems, all the jobs were done right and he was patient, responsive and courteous to us.
