Don't trust this shop, when you bring your car in for an oil change they will find something wrong... I literally mean every single time... 1st time new brake pads (understandable) 2nd time you need a new fuel pump (they lied) when i got this service done and left my car sounded like a motorcycle... After speaking to a trusted mechanic at another dealership he told me that you have to under that mechanics have to stay in business, so they will rip a wire loose so the consumer pays more... C&M is great. They service both my Honda's. Honest, fair, accurate every time. No hassle, no suggested repairs that are not necessary. I trust them!
I've been working with these guys since 1996. They've taken care of my 4 previous Honda's and my 2 now. What can I say but having grown up under hoods, they are Fantastic! No up sale and very honest what needs to be done. Their Maintenance Schedule is way better than factory. My 2001 Accord with over 342k miles proves it. Just follow it !
I regularly went to this mechanic for four years and their service was top notch! They are very helpful, honest, and keep up with your car like your doctor does at your annual physical. They make it very easy to keep up with regular maintenance and the service is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. I wish I could keep taking my car here even though I moved!
Asked to update software of my transmission to particular version. Was told first diagnostic is required and minimum 2 hours of work. Which is ridiculous. Then figured out they don’t have i-HDS (Honda services) subscription. Prices are low though. Would like better client-oriented attitude, not like typical dealership service
