These units have moisture issues through the floor. Even with air space and not laying furniture directly on the concrete this happened in the dead of summer while in storage for only 4 months! Office doesn't care and makes excuses. The insurance they force you to purchase has a California clause that does not cover water damage or mold due to moisture ingress through the floor!
C&M Self Storage is a great business! Their prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful. They have multiple unit sizes that are all well secured behind coded gates and security cameras. The whole area is well maintained and easily accessible. The only reason we closed our unit is because we are moving out of state. We highly recommend this storage location!!
This is the best storage facility in town. They are an extremely clean business. Great customer service. All storage units are inside locking gates which makes them more secure and also on 24 hour surveillance. They have storage units of all sizes as well as spots for vehicle/boat storage. I would highly recommend this place for all your storage needs.
INFESTED WITH RATS! Everything in my unit is covered in LARGE rat turds and piss. Many things have been torn up and chewed up. Lots of things ruined. There are less rats in my sheds on my mountain property. There is NOTHING edible in my shed, but rats can pass from unit to unit east. It is at least secure from people, kinda. But they too could just climb over walls from one shed to the next. Also a very STUPID, way too early lock down time. People live 24 hours now a days, stop being so controlling!!!
I shopped around for the best security and the cleanest storage facility so I chose C&M, The office is very professional. one time I saw that a rat visited and immediately they came and brought me some needs while I was in my storage. Thank you C&M.
