These car dealers. Promised no issues with car. They said they will service car and put whatever it needs it will get. After getting paperwork wrong. Car handover put back a day. Then they go to deliver the next day and it breaks down on them. Week later she gets car, after few weeks rattles from brakes, had to get a mechanic repair. Then they goes to service her car with own mechanic and guess what it still had its original filter from new.... Needless say car leaks fuel, new alternator due to this and now fuel pump down. Never ever again will I deal with these cowboys!
A number of issues presented with my car after purchase but was not told the about them, when I contacted C&M they said the issues would be sorted - after ringing and ringing with no response or resolution we were ignored. Very poor aftercare and customer service.
Recently bought an Audi off David from c&m. David was very helpful with any questions I had and very quick to respond. Very good service and very fair price. Minor issue with car that wasn’t noticed on purchase and David was extremely helpful and got it sorted ASAP and gave me a loan of a car in the meantime. I would highly recommend C&M Motors and will defiantly buy off them again in the future
