CM Knight was professional, timely, and we are 100% satisfied with our 2 projects they managed for us in summer/fall of 2019. We converted a covered porch to an enclosed sunroom with wood burning fireplace and installed a gorgeous stone patio in our back yard. Their years of establishing reputable contacts in the Davidson/Charlotte area was invaluable. Workers, management and communication was about as perfect as it can be. I would highly recommend them and hope to hire them again for future projects.

We have built 4 (yes 4!) homes with CM Knight since 2002! Their custom home building is 2nd to none! The attention to detail, project mgmt and ability to stay on schedule is simply exceptional! This is not a "large impersonal corporate builder" rather CM Knight is a family run operation that takes great pride in delivering exceptional homes. Not a client - I didn't end up working with them because when I called in to get more information the owner was hostile on the phone towards me. I would give 0 stars for their lack of professionalism.

Chris Knight is an outstanding contractor. He and his son Dylan managed our new addition/ and renovation to our home. Every partner they work with with does an outstanding job at their craft and the Knight Team is onsite every day (multiple times) to ensure things move smoothly. They exceeded every expectation and deadline!! They are fantastic to work with and perfectionists at their craft.
