We worked with Knight Fine Homebuilding on a bathroom remodel. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Dylan. He helped us work within our budget, got the project done ahead of schedule (and before our baby was born!), was prompt and communicative, had a high attention to detail and organization, and ensured that the quality of our project was top-notch. We are very happy with our remodeled bathroom, highly recommend working with Dylan, and would definitely work with again!

CM Knight Fine Home Building helped us create and complete our dream home gym last year from an unfinished attic space. From the very beginning, Chris and Dylan inspected our space, recommended an excellent (and affordable) architect who created a plan. CM Knight was professional, timely, and we are 100% satisfied with our 2 projects they managed for us in summer/fall of 2019. We converted a covered porch to an enclosed sunroom with wood burning fireplace and installed a gorgeous stone patio in our back yard. Their years of establishing reputable contacts in the Davidson/Charlotte area was invaluable. Workers, management and communication was about as perfect as it can be. I would highly recommend them and hope to hire them again for future projects.

We have built 4 (yes 4!) homes with CM Knight since 2002! Their custom home building is 2nd to none! The attention to detail, project mgmt and ability to stay on schedule is simply exceptional! This is not a "large impersonal corporate builder" rather CM Knight is a family run operation that takes great pride in delivering exceptional homes. Not a client - I didn't end up working with them because when I called in to get more information the owner was hostile on the phone towards me. I would give 0 stars for their lack of professionalism.
