If I could do 0 stars I would! I went here TWO YEARS ago to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had at the time both my parents dental insurances because I had not had any of my own insurance yet and I’m still young. I went in before scheduling my surgery and gave all my insurance to the receptionist and filled out all the proper paperwork. I came in for surgery and it went well and the doctor was really nice. I called Dr. Knepper’s office to see how soon I could get in to be seen. They got me in that same day for an exam and started me on an antibiotic so that my pain would go away and they were able to schedule me by the next week for my extraction! Dr. Knepper was very knowledgeable and the staff was very kind. While in surgery, Dr. Knepper explained what he was doing and was very patient when I had questions. turned my elderly father away and did not pull a tooth one time because he didn't bring a check to pay for the bill at the time of the service. another time pulled a tooth and sent the same elderly father home bleeding - the assisted living nurse told me his office staff told her to send him to ER if it was bleeding so badly. They sent him to ER who later sent him home still bleeding. Finally the next day Dr. Knepper stitched the opening closed.
