Not helpful and didn't show interest in giving me info on a home
Would never do this again. It was a nightmare! Ordering the home especially if you are customizing you have to stay on top of them and triple check everything. Then when it comes to fixing things they get a 1 rating
The start of this process was great but when it came time for them to actually due their job everything crashed. They would continuously lie about dates of completion of steps of building and installing. It took 4 attempts for them to tell us the truth about the furnace being finished. Our house still has an unfinished air vent. We have been in the house for 3 months and they still have yet to give us our keys. And we have been doing repairs since we got in.
