Legit the first time I’ve ever seen this. Probably should’ve called the cops but I refuse to be that guy. These chuds really had a one lane road created on a main intersection of Lock haven due to construction, but didn’t have a flagger at the entrance. So I begin driving through this one lane as there is no flagger or light telling me otherwise, then I realize there’s just a whole lane of vehicles coming towards me head on and have to peel off into the shoulder. Reached out to CM High when a utility pole carrying power to my property fell down. They were fantastic: First, their response was very rapid and they were able to provide an estimate based on photos and the info they had via the web. Other businesses needed to send out teams to survey the site (at a cost) prior to providing a quote, which also would have meant going longer without power.
