This place service is not good. The guy that installed my new garage was the best thing about using this company. The office Manager was so rude and dishonest I had to hang up the phone on her. She told me which two doors were my choices #65 or #67 I called and have her order my #67 with windows. The day of my appointment she called me to let me know that she forgot to tell me that windows cost more money and the door I wanted was on back order. Called to have someone come out and fix or replace my non-working garage door opener. Service technician was personable and professional, but unfortunately the problem wasn't fixed on the first visit. The service charge for the original visit, where the tech checked the track, the trouble codes, and reset the opener, was $90. It worked twice (opened once, closed once) before failing again. We couldn't be happier with C & M! After having another repair company refuse to even look at our door (probably because they only wanted to sell us a new door), we called C & M. They came out within 2 hours of our call, and repaired the door with no problems. The technician was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Great experience!
