Bought 4 brand new tires, they did not balance them, even though I was charged for balancing and all my valve stem caps are gone. Had to go to Discount Tire the next day and have all my tires balanced and pay more out of my pocket.
What can I say, it wasn’t a great experience as a woman. My rim needed replacement due to a dent causing air to slowly leak out. I pulled up and ask a team memeber how much a used tire was, it was about $50. So, pulled around to a new spot to get my tire and rim replaced. I let the staff know my rim size was a size 17. They hustled around looking for one, but returned to me saying, the closest they had on-site was a 16 or 16.5.
