The front end staff is horrible, screw up patient appts, and are rude. Dr. Schact himself is a very angry man who seems to not give a care about his patients. He argued with me and put me down for my condition. One time he brought his dog into the office, which I think is unprofessional. People could have fears or allergies. He refuses to help with paperwork & always seems uncaring & frustrated. He refuses to write scripts for anxiety meds like Klonopin & Xanax.
