I had them at my house 2x's in 3wks for an a/c issue. Ended up getting billed for both visits even though they never fixed anything the 1st visit. Overcharged my unit and billed me for it as well. Had to call another service company to reclaim the freon and fix the issue. Would not recommend this company!
My blower motor went out on my furnace and Mike's had a technician at my house an hour after I called. Very helpful and friendly office person and technician. Besides replacing the motor he cleaned the furnace, which it needed badly. When I got home from work my house was toasty warm. Can't thank them enough.
We have had units serviced, bought new units, etc. since the 80's with Rea's. Excellent everything! We are now seeing the 3rd generation. Soooooo happy with everything they have done and are continuing to do with excellence!

We had Preferred Heating and Air install a furnace and heater combo about 5 years ago. Just this past month I called Kevin, and mentioned to him that our furnace is having issues and that I have troubleshot the problem, and can’t seem to repair it. Kevin replied to me that he thinks it’s a particular sensor/ switch (even though the red trouble light on the furnace board was blinking 4 times, indicating on the sticker label a “High limit switch open”) whatever that means. Called this guy in below zero weather to ask how much an unlock was. The price was much more reasonable than a lot of places, but after asking if he was a AAA provider and needing to call him back so I could talk to my husband he told me not to bother him trying to force me into a decision right then and there. Crooked as the day is long, I would have hired him after talking to my husband, but after he talked to me that way I just bought the materials I needed and got in myself for $45 less. I contracted with Spring Air for a system inspection on February 3, 2016. This inspection included the interior air handler coils, drain pan, and replacement of the anti-fungus tablet. The technician completed the work and provided a completed checklist sheet stating he performed the work and inspected all areas. After the technician left, I noticed the front of the air handler had not been removed as dust was still on the screw heads and seams around the panel. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!! Not sure how you have stayed in business so Long! Owners wife was RUDE! I had an issue with my dad's ac unit that they had just serviced. She asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" "Do you have proof that it was leaking when the tech came out?" Then when I called back to discuss it further she hung up on me. TOTALLY RUDE!! I would NEVER do business with your company or recommend your company as you have NO Customer Service!
Only took 2 months for them to receive 1 part for my furnace. Only took 3 months to finish the job and get it back running
