Very good service. They towed my daughter's car & fixed it in half a day. The price I was quoted was what was charged. Very nice & friendly! I'd recommend them!
I have been taking my 2 vehicles to C & M for 3 years now since moving to Port Washington from Milwaukee. I am not sure how people can give bad reviews unless it is due to a lack of understanding on their part. Charlie has always been forthright and honest with us. Taking your vehicle to C & M is like going to the dealer without the inflated prices. Great work!
I bring both of my vehicles to Charlie and have for almost 4 years now. The folks here are wonderful, honest and the price is right. When I began bringing my vehicles here, I often got quotes from other local places and C&M was always the cheapest. They stand by their work, explain everything they do/recommend doing and have the trust of my wife and I. I would recommend C&M to everyone I know. Good people and good prices... and they have coupons as well.
I bought new tires from C&M and had them rotated every other oil change. My stearing was perfectally straight until they rotated them one time. I brought the problem up with Charlie, but he turned it around like it was my fault. I service two cars there, which gives him a lot of business and he still wouldn't do anything. He treated me like I was stupid. I won't go back there again. If I could rate them with no stars I would.
WHEN QUOTED A PRICE FOR WORK DONE ON MY CAR I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE WAS A PACKAGE TO WHAT WHAT GOING TO BE DONE. WHEN I RECIEVED THE BILL IT WAS NOT THE CASE! WHEN I CALLED TO QUESTION BILL CHARLIE BEAT AROUND THE BUSH, GOT VERY LOUD, ARGUMENTATIVE AND OFFERED NO RESOLUTION. I FELT A "I'M SORRY MAYBE I DIDN'T EXPLAIN GOOD ENOUGH" OR SOME TYPE OF APPOLOGY WAS IN ORDER INSTEAD HE TURNED THINGS AROUND TO TRY AND MAKE IT MY FALT. I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE AND I DON'T RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
