Left my car for repair. I was repeatedly asked how much the insurance was going to give me. I asked how much they would charge. Sometimes Danny was not in. Other times he said he needed to speak to the owner When I finally went to pick up the car I was charged $500 for storage. I had to pay to get my keys. They never told me that they were not going to repair my car.
They r genuine people they do professional works im so happy with my truck.. that they had work on.. thanks again..CM Auto body.
Don’t bother with these people they’re not trustworthy. After being unresponsive to my coworker who was trying to avoid being charged for her car being there they finally answered after it took 3 of us to keep calling. She ended up having to have law enforcement involved to finally get her car released from these people who were trying to charge her for all the days the car was there even though she had the proper paperwork. Havier was beyond rude and unprofessional!
Havier is the most unprofessional and discourteous person I have ever spoke to in the auto industry. He gives incorrect information in an effort to take advantage of people in a vulnerable place. My car was in the shop after being in an auto accident on Friday, called this place Friday afternoon at 4PM after placing a claim with Geico and I was told by Havier the shop closes at 5PM even though it says 6PM.
