Took my truck here to get it fixed but instead it sat there for almost a month when i kept asking for an update the mechanic (Dan) got frustrated and told me that he wasnt going to look at it anymore and told me to get it out of there, ive used them b4 without issues like this but i will never use them again and i will advise others to look elsewhere
I was in a bit of a bind with my car, and I contacted C&M Auto for assistance, and they were extremely honest about the next steps and understood that I had a budget I needed to stick to. Not only were they quick to assist me, but they absolutely respected where I was at financially, and helped me so much. This sort of trustworthy service is hard to come by, but, based on reading other reviews, it's common for this shop to take care of their clients when/how they can. I am so grateful!
