Appalling service. I’ve tried to contact these guys for months (well aware of closure during school holidays) and left voicemails. Only received a call back today. Advised I’d been trying to get into contact with the school to sign up my kids for swimming. Rather than the receptionist being apologetic she said in a high pitched voice OKAYYY NO WORRIES BYE. Are children manning the phones?
Great atmosphere, instructors are super nice and kids friendly which is key as it's the kids that are going
