Never disappointed. Their food is delicious.
Service was great and food was excellent. Been coming here for years and doesn't disappoint. Could be very busy during dinner specially on weekends.
Just so everyone knows they dont give tartar when you order take out at all, even though they give you all you can eat in store. And they dont know the meaning of the word extra, I asked "can you just give me a extra tartar instead of the cole slaw?" He said "no, no substitutions" so I said "sure just charge me for an extra tartar then" and my order only came with one, and he hung up the phone on me. Newsflash: everyone eating fish and chips in North America eats it with tartar!! Your customer servicr sucks!!!
When you go in to order take out and are totally ignored by the staff for 10 minutes....even the one wandering around who was at the till when I got there and then your order is taken with a grand total of 6 words in 2 sentences you dont get left a tip. So pop that nasty look back in your pocket Hun.
Nothing good to share about the meals we had. The portion size was small the halibut was not much bigger than a deck of cards. The cod I ordered looked like a cigar and was half cooked and sent back. the replacement was the same but cooked a little longer. The piece cod my wife had was cooked ok but size small didnt even look like a fillet .
