I went into C lovers tonight at 7:45 to order something for a late dinner. The sign on the door says they are open until 8:00pm. I walked up to the counter and immediately an employee came over and said they had already called last call. Whatever that means? I said excuse me? he said they were not serving anymore food tonight. Always enjoyed c lovers. Most recent the fish were sliced very thin. Mostly the breaded coating. Sorry to see it go that way. Will not go back

Stopped in here recently during a trip. Hadn't had fish and chips, much less specifically C-Lovers, in a few years so it was a real treat. We got the all-you-can-eat right away plus a couple of sides. Was delicious, exactly what I was after. It hasn't changed one bit and that's what I was hoping for. Huge pieces of nicely-coated fish, perfectly crispy, with some of the most flawless fries. The food is awesome with the fish being perfectly battered and cooked! Not a big hunk of over-fried, oil soaked batter as is sometimes the case in other places. I was very pleased to see that the restaurant and bathrooms are clean and tidy. The staff are nice, prompt and on top of things, without being at the tables side too frequently. The pictures of Kelowna from back in its early years, are a fantastic touch!
