Wow, above and beyond. Joe is the man! They had done our new HVAC install and were coming out to turn it on for the summer season. Not only did they get us up and running for the summer, but Joe even helped out on a few other items while he was out since it made more sense to fix those items really quickly rather then call back another contractor. My general contractor uses Wilson. I’ve done six units with them - mostly spec projects. The last was for my residence. They didn’t wrap the unit properly and the design didn’t have enough supply or return in parts of the house. Wouldn’t cool properly in the summer. Fought with them for years and they wouldn’t make the necessary adjustments. I hired another firm - fixed in one day. I won’t use Wilson again.
