Clay and Lisa are very friendly and helpful businesses owners. They live on site and are aware of who comes and goes, which makes me feel more comfortable having some of my belongings there. With that being said, you still have 24/7 access. Prices are fair and the security deposit is fully refundable.

I was traveling in July 2024, I was in Richfield for only 1 night and I needed to store a car, I called all the options in Richfield and Lisa was the only one who pick up the phone, Lisa manages the place, she was always aware of my arrival and made sure that the garage was what I needed. The very best storage facility in Richfield and surrounding areas! Every unit has EASY 24 hour access! Every unit has its own lighting, and the exterior is well lit. The property is neatly maintained, and with on-site security, I never have to worry about my safety or the safety of my belongings!!! I've been with C and L storage for almost 15 years with absolutely no complaints!! Owners are fantastic, and the rates are very affordable!!!
