I'm a new HVAC technician trying to get my foot in the door for experience. I had a interview this morning over the phone. I waited 20min for a 30 second interview. It was not fair, I didn't even get a chance to speak. I think he seen my skin color and that was it for him. I would not want to work here or do any type of business with this company.
