Your company replaced my entire heating and air conditioning system (including all new duct work) last month. Your team was every customer's dream. Every one of them was courteous, clean, mannerly and just all around nice guys. It was very pleasant to have them in my home. Best in the business. Workmanship and quality is outstanding. Everyone mannerly, well trained and conscious of amount of dirt tracked in/out of the house. They cleaned up after themselves several times a day. Even vaccuumed while cutting into wallboard to keep dust from flying. This company knows how to make the customer happy. We have been using this business for years and have always had a great experience. Getting a maintenance agreement is the best value for your money. Service department is very helpful and always willing to explain any problems they find. Mr. Carter is efficient and accomadating to all of our contracting needs.
Terrible prices, I do not recommended there are companies in the area who provide equally good service at a fair rate. CL Carter is taking advantage of there customers lack of knowledge on parts pricing and labor rates. They use Flat Rate Pricing and it ends up costing 600+ dollars for an 80.00 part that takes no more than an hour and a half to install.
