This is my first time here and I was welcomed in such a kind way. The nurses were very informative and helpful with my needs. I felt safe in this environment as it was clean and comfortable. Barely any wait times. 10/10 would recommend if you need help with SUD, mental health or Primary care. They also offered other services and were very informative with your personal needs.
The best clinic in the world. I like to think that because of their help I am still in this world. So much to say about every single person there from receptionist way down to security guys, super nice people they always make me feel welcome every single time I come. They make time for you no matter what even if you don't have an appointment and will offer support in so many ways it's amazing. People are nice however the behavioral health dept, even licensed therapists and psychiatrists don't understand that typing the whole time a client is sharing their trauma and deepest vulnerabilities is not healing and hurts peoples feelings. It is not respectful and is a form of not being present, which is crucial for establishing trust and therefore growth and healing.
