I brought my car in for a consultation and they explained what needed done. They quickly set up convenient time for me to bring my car im, and fixed everything in a good time.
I came here to share my experience at this shop. Cheyenne was so kind over the phone. She was helpful, professional, and made me feel comfortable bringing my car in. She told me that confirming which part I needed would be free before my repair appointment. When I arrived, the man at the front desk immediately tried to charge me $150 just to confirm what part I needed, even though Cheyenne had told me there was no charge. I highly recommend cnl came in with concerns about my escape and instead of trying to charge me or recommend stuff I didnt need they checked the codes and told me everything was fine, truns out I was just being overly paranoid lol. And they did it all with a smile on their faces although I kinda feel like a clown (not cause of them) I will definitely be returning if I have any actual problems
