I must say that I was very pleased with the service and personal attention given to me at McDonald Auto Body. As is the case with many customers, I had a bad experience and needed my vehicle back promptly. It appears to me that McDonald Auto Body is not in the business of fixing cars...they are in the business of helping people, who are in stressful situations because of vehicle problems.
