Excellent Work! Lee from C&L Drainage responded to a request to empty and inspect a silt trap on council amenity land. The trap had not been properly emptied for around 20 years, so a lot of hard work was required. Lee and team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it - Exactly what was required. Thanks C&L Drainage, you definitely get my vote!
Got back in contact with this company after being let down by a different company. The email responses were prompt and timely. A gentleman came out within 4 hours of me making contact. He was very polite and professional made us aware that there might be other issues going on with the pipework and got the job done quickly left everywhere nice and clean. Reasonable prices too. Paid for unrecorded sewer survey. They then decided a few days later I needed a recorded survey, I refused to pay again as they could of recorded it when there were here last time. They decided they would do a quote and Didn't ever bother to make an appointment with me. Text the boss, no reply. Got a poor excuse from receptionist weeks after when an appointment wasn't booked. From start to finish Craig and the team at C&L Drainage were exceptional. They were friendly, polite and helpful and explained everything clearly. During the sewage treatment plant works we were blown away by the speed and efficiency they worked and how such a huge job was done with minimal impact to us. At the end they left everything very tidy and explained the whole system clearly. We would highly recommend them.
