We were recommended to Eric. BIG MISTAKE. We had our Tax Returns done in June & paid over $700 which was usually $360 from our previous Accountant who retired. We have been waiting for Eric to post us a hard copy of paperwork since beginning of July. He is refusing to post to us as he thinks that the PO staff are going to go through thousands of letters posted every day just to find one that he sent to us. My fiancé and I were recommended Eric by a business associate, we should’ve trusted our gut and ran in the opposite direction at first meeting. We had 2 simple straight forward tax returns to file.
