After previously failing to seal the bath correctly, which led to a leak and roof cracks, Karl returned today to reseal it. He was unprofessional and rude from the moment he entered. Upon inspecting his work, I found the bath panel improperly sealed, with old sealant left on the walls and floor, and only half the panel sealed down the wall. I learned online that the bath should be filled for 24 hours to help the new sealant set, which he didn’t do—he just advised avoiding the bath for 24 hours. First job 24 months ago, we paid a plumber to put a shower room/ toilet downstairs. I got Carl in to have a look as the shower tray was cracked, blocked , sink wouldn’t drain, real nightmare. Carl ripped everything out, replaced everything with a new suite and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Everything works as it originally should have Thanks Carl

Absolute time waster. He lied about which date we'd organised and tried to change the week. Then he lied more and made excuses about why he couldn't do it two more times. We actually got him to do another smaller job in the meantime and he was useless so we're glad we didn't go with him in the end. Edit: It was Carl that did the work, definitely not a mix up. No invoice was provided and cash was the requested method of payment. Cheers.
