I came in for a manicure and pedicure. When I went to pay, I was charged $100.00 plus a tip of $20.00. Jennifer, the owner, could not give me a receipt that was readable. Told me to look at her machine only. I called my friend and was told she only pays $60.00. Design work is poor (you can see missing likes on the star, large globes on my opposite hand), she kept hurting me with the nail file repeatedly. At the end she changed me $75 for overlay on my natural nail, when I handed her $80 she said “ok bye thank you” and closed the till. Which is fine I was going to leave a tip even though I hated my nails but to assume that and not even offer the client their change is crazy. I’ve had many pedicures in my life, but this one takes the cake! What started out as a relatively pleasant experience and a warm welcome, ended in a rather bloody mess. I knew it was going downhill when the pedicurist began drilling the nail polish off my feet. The acetone allegedly wasn’t doing the trick… I politely reminded her multiple times that her technique to drill off my feet wasn’t working and I’d prefer if she didn’t do that. $60 for garbage on my nails!!!!! I very nicely told them that their service was good but the paint job was pretty bad. One lady who didn’t speak to me the entire time told me “you’re a pretty girl but you’re not very good”. Don’t go here I left with all my toes hurting cause she tried to drill my cuticles into looking good. Don’t take the risk.
