Great service and very friendly staff. They did an excellent repair on my electric car and went above and beyond by washing it and fully charging it before pickup. They really made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommend!
Ricky is such a nice and patient person. I came here for my doors and he did a great job. He even helped me change my wipers and offered to put my front license plate back on for me. This shop goes out of their way to help people. I am also super forgetful, but he still always tries to remind me to come via text messages Thank you.
Just got my Scion Frs repaired here and I must say that the customer service from Ricky was impeccable. He would follow up with me with regular calls updating me, and would let me know exactly when my vehicle would be ready. He went above and beyond with the repairs and had my car looking brand new and was super kind throughout the whole process. If anyone is ever looking for a reliable collision repair shop, then this is the place to go!
