They couldn't turn off a breaker to replace a dishwasher and left. Zero stars would be nice if I could choose it.
I had the nicest Tech from CK Appliance come today and fix my frig….he knew his stuff, gave me some pointers and above all professional… for now on I’m going to name request him for service….way to go CK Appliance….

Friendly and fast service
AHS assigned CK Appliance to repair our fridge that stopped working. Tech diagnosed as a bad control board that could not get fixed. He left the house after pushing the fridge back in the cavity. The technician damaged the water valve but did not tell us. This damage created an water issue while we were waiting on AHS disposition for repair options. We have a water pool collect on the back of the fridge and seep through the floor. CK did not take responsibility for creating this issue. I had to call an emergency service to f... read more
