Absolute WORST service I have ever dealt with. Hired them 3 weeks ago and 2 times now they didn’t show up even after calling numerous times and being told they were on their way!!! Have to call more then 3 times in a row to get someone to answer the phone.
More than once these guys let our pool turn green because they weren't doing their job. On April 4, 2019 our pool turned green again. Both times they tried to offer us an expensive cleaning service to fix the issue, which was caused by them not maintaining the proper chemical levels. A few times we were informed by our neighbors that they didn't even show up on their scheduled days. To top it off their staff is unprofessional and unknowledgeable and the receptionists in their office are unresponsive..
they could start by returning phone calls and coming to service my pool every week as I pay them to do.
We have been with them for a while.But neighbor complained me mosquito from green pool, I called them, texted them, just did quick service and ran. Blamed on suction instead of taking care pool with right thing, algae even would not been grown, bad service.

If I could give less than one star I would. We paid them to come twice a week. They came and were gone in 5 min. Or less. They never checked the ph but wrote on the ledger they did. This went on for months. When I called them on it, it got better for a week or so and then right back to ripping me off. Honest hard working people who take pride in their work are hard to find. C and J are not those people.
Love the care this company puts into our pool. Customer service is top notch. We have never had any problems and would/have recommend them to anyone needing pool service.
