I called with a plumbing emergency at our office. They happened to be in the area and got to me in less than 20 minutes. The gentlemen were very friendly and fixed my issue quickly. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, before a big snow storm hit that was going to be followed by weeks of below freezing temperatures, I discovered my kitchen drainage lines needed to be replaced. ASTRONOMICAL HIGH..Paid for a broken pipe over $500 which was completed in less than 30 minutes..I could have fixed the pipe for less than $20..This was a once in a lifetime fix. I will never do business again. I recommend to others reading my review CALL ELSEWHERE AND COMPARE, be prepared to pay their high service fee if they come out to give you a quote. Was not happy with the service provided based on what I was told by my tenant. The people at C & J contacted me and explained things and we agreed to an adjustment that was reasonable. They sincerely worked to try to make me satisfied.
