C&J have assisted us twice now over the last two years in service to our AC unit with this most recent being replacing a 20 year old unit. With no surprise fees, wonderful communication, and cost effective service I cannot recommend them enough.
Manufactur/distributor companies are not honoring the warrenty for units he installed due to a large amount of the units he installed failing. To include mine. Stay away. If your company wants to make it right pay me the $4000 I now have to spend due to multiple failures of the unit and the manufactur/distributor refusing to cover it.
He’s extremely rude and acts as if you’re an inconvenience. He takes weeks to actually come and assess the situation and usually several weeks to actually fix it as well. He doesn’t call to tell you when he can be there to fix it either, he just shows up and then he sits in his van outside your house for a good 30 to 45 minutes before he actually comes in. I DO NOT recommend this company at all!
We’ve had C & J come to our house for two different issues and they were quick to schedule and even show us how the process worked and how to maintain our equipment! Great local company.
I can’t recommended this plumber enough. Seriously. They’re not a corporation or big company trying to find every new way to make money. They genuinely want to help people and it’s apparent in every aspect of their business dealings. When the plumber last came by, he let my three year old son help him with anything that was safe to help with.
