So it’s about 5:30 pm 4/27/26 traveling on 163 heading to Altoona and moved over for one of your trucks who was speeding well over 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. Moving out of the trucks way, it started dropping muddy rocks or they came off the tire idk. However it starred my rental car windshield! I’ve tried to call and it’s after hours… your driver needs to be held accountable for driving like that and it’s pretty irresponsible coming from an area with rock and mud to speed causing an incident.
