Sled repair was 50% more than estimated. I told them the problem and they ignored me and replaced parts that had nothing to do with the problem . Said they had the parts then they didn't. Missed the best riding of the season. 2 weeks to do 5 hours labor is ridiculous.
Cj's is top notch definitely recommend...
Lost the key to my lynx...called was told to come down... When I got there the person that answered the phone forgot to mention it to the service manager , it was at the end of the day, he stopped everything he was doing grabbed a key and was able to recode and get me back out on the trail it was a great experience and appreciate the effort froma dealer ! I didn't even buy a sled from them. would recommend popping in to anyone
