Great Been with statefarm for 20 plus yrs
My daughter and I went to see Ms Nicole for an issue we had with our insurance She was professional , kind and patient while we dealt with the situation. She helped us look up numbers and figure out the problem. insurance can be mind boggling so having someone who can assist is priceless Ms Nicole is outstanding and we look forward to many years of continued service.
CJ Ladners office has always been a pleasure to deal with. Abigail Carollo and the rest of the staff has been extremely courteous and helpful in all situations.
My husband and I went to get info regarding a new system they are starting, we were introduced to someone new. (I didn't catch her name) She discussed everything to us , so when she and Don were talking , I noticed a card BU T - it had Sobe' s name on it .. I then said, Wow,this has our firsagent ent on it -but she moved .,... AndSobe said that's me !! We laughed & laughed. I was thrilled she came back - she is great ! She's very knowledgeable & we luv her !
I switched from Progressive to State Farm. Nicholey made the whole thing simple even when I was over thinking things. She handled everything like it mattered. No pressure. No runaround. Just sharp, fast, and on point. She even answered my random, off the wall questions without making me feel dumb. I felt like someone who actually had someone in their corner.
