We had Chad replace the siding on our house. Since then, we have had two other contractors come to do other projects. Each of them pointed out things that were not completed correctly. In one case, there was no flashing between the house and the deck, leaving an entry point for water. When asked to come back to finish the job, Chad sent someone who incorrectly placed the flashing. Chad has done a great job for us. Very helpful and prompt.
Have to say my experience was no good at all. Chad came to my home regarding a bathroom project, and I NEVER heard back from him. I called several times, sent message via his website, nothing. Guess my job was to small for him. Common curiosity, he could have at least let me know.
