Took a pendant to C&J Jewelry that I had made with my mom's funeral flowers. When I tried to put the pendant on my necklace (to wear along with my dad's pendant who passed several years ago) I accidentally broke it. They were unsure if anything could be done bc of the metal but said they would take a look at it and see what they could do. Thankfully, they were able to add a piece to the pendant and repair it. Very affordable repair and very kind people.
