My brother and I had a great time at CJ’s forge. Our blacksmith Donnie was highly knowledgeable, patient, and instructive. We made multiple hooks to attach to a hangable coat rack, a fire stick/poker, and a few decorative S Hooks. As someone with a background in metallurgy, this was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in hand forging work. Donnie has a lot of example pieces to try and copy and his decorative work is impressive to see as well!

I did this for my birthday and honestly best birthday ever. Donnie is one of the nicest most patient people on the planet and has such a genuine passion for his craft it rubs off on you. We learned the basics in a safe environment with enough freedom to be able to make our own crafts at the end. This was a wonderful experience and I wish I could give higher than 5 stars. Thank you Donnie!
My 12 year old son took the 2 hour class and loved it! Donnie did a great job making it fun and informative. We will definitely be back for more classes.
