Pitiful!! Spoke with "Heather" on the phone-trying to send some DNA business their way but she was so rude and ignorant regarding the DNA collection and testing process! WARNING-I would stay away from this place. C&J might want to read these reviews and send Heather packing before they lose any more business.

My boyfriend went and the lady HEATHER was being extremely rude. Not only that but another lady also came into the mix n they were both yelling and being rude to my boyfriend and his mom and they even kicked them out. From what I hear this is not the first time they are rude ESPECIALLY heather. So with that being said she needs to get fired all these people leaving reviews would agree with me. If she’s still working here don’t come she will waste you’re time. Very unprofessional place .

Heather the lady up front had a terrible attitude since I first walked in and was very disrespectful and kept saying smart remarks. She can dish it but then likes to play victim. She acted like she owned the place for just being a receptionist. She needs to be fired she’s the farthest thing from professional has the attitude of a little kid.Terrible place would not come here or recommend. It was very dirty and cluttered inside.
