Colin and CJ Cooper Auto were good to deal with initially, and I do think he’s a decent guy. However, over time I became frustrated with scheduling and communication. On two separate occasions my appointment day was forgotten, and the second time was especially frustrating because I had already arranged transportation and planned my day around dropping the vehicle off. Very professional place, you aren't going to pay for a bunch of stuff you don't need. All the guys are very friendly and always do good work, have taken my vehicles here for over 5 years and they always have the problem resolved in good time.
These guys are always great, man, and treat their customers very well. Cooper's re-earns my business every time I walk thru their doors. Honest, quality work.
