DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! While the mechanics and owner are knowledgeable, that’s pretty much where the customer service stops. After my friend took a day off work to take her car in to have it looked at (they had the car the whole day with zero updates until she called an hour before close), she was told to bring her car back two weeks later because they needed to order parts to fix it. Just picked up my car from being repaired here. I wasn’t available to speak with Colin to see what the issue was causing the “creaking “ noise, so I had no idea what the issue was. Colin gave me my keys, explained that a heat shield had come loose and was rubbing against the body. He fixed the problem, it required no new parts, and then he told me the price of the repair was…”FREE!” No there is an honest repair shop! Highly recommend for all of your automotive repair needs. Thanks!!

Colin is so knowledgeable and honest. You’ll never be ripped off here. Family business and great, mature staff who know what they’re doing. I have an old car and he’ll let me know if it’s a safety issue or not. Best mechanic I’ve met in Brantford.
