My Ram pickup was a month old and got blasted by a hail storm in Kansas. Rick and his crew handled everything with insurance, etc from start to finish. I dropped my truck off and got it back a short time later looking showroom new.
My experience with Driven Auto was outstanding. They turned what is typically a stressful & frustrating process into a smooth, seamless experience from start to finish. Rick & his team were exceptional every step of the way. Their customer service was second to none, the repair work was flawless, & they kept me informed with clear, consistent communication throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a business that combines professionalism, craftsmanship, & genuine care for its customers the way Driven Auto does. They’v... read more
Highly recommend. Got my car in immediately. Repairs were done earlier than projected... excellent communication about the status of repairs, seamless drop off and pick up: rental was so easy... I had to do NO extra running around, wasn't late for work. The car is beautiful! they completed the repair, found additional damage that was not originally listed, dealt with the insurance company, and repaired it quickly. It was clean. Inside and out. These guys are GREAT! After this experience, will never go to a different shop.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so nice, and treated me like a person, not just another car coming in for repair. Gabriel kept me informed during every step of the process. My car looks like nothing happened, and I couldn't be more happier. I even demanded to meet the tech that repaired and put my car back together. His work, along with im sure the many others that had a hand in repairing my car all deserve a raise. Their work was perfect. Even the panel gaps were perfect. I will go no where else ... read more
They do amazing work! Some of the best painters in town. Wouldn't recommend any other place to get your body work done!
