U can keep your attitude and your product. I am and have been competing on the circuit for over 16 yrs. The meat was wrapped entirely TOO EARLY and when wrapping too early, the smoke does not and CAN NOT penetrate. So again, what u all put on the line was WELL BELOW par and it was terrible. So instead of being so sarcastic and rude, improve either the pitmaster's skill or just continue to put subpar product on the line. This is the absolute worst of the 3. Every time I try them, the food is terrible. The ribs taste steamed and not smoked, the brisket is dry and flavorless, just terrible. The one on briarcrest hasn't even been open longer than this location and they're way better than this location. This is absolute garbage and I u can find better bbq than this at convenience stores. The pitmaster on 4/28/26 has absolutely no clue what they are doing in the least
Terribly mid. At this point make it a fast food joint, not only is the bbq flavorless,dry and fatty but the sides seem to be frozen and warmed up in a microwave. Anyone who claims this place is good has never had good bbq in their life with all respect. Now im still hangry and even more unsatisfied before i got here.
Really disappointed. I had high hopes after reading all of the good reviews, but the brisket was the driest I’ve ever had.
