I finally found a mechanic that focuses on attention to detail.
Excellent service
Horrible and very unprofessional. Truck overheated and wouldn't start. They diagnose as fan and thermostat. Truck would hardly start and died again leaving the shop. They refused to come out to see why it died again so I had to tow ANOTHER SHOP...way more professional and experienced. THEY diagnosed with a cracked radiator and bad starter. Both things this CJ shop should have taken care of. Instead they left me stranded and another week out of wk to get the REAL REPAIR done. Of course we expected it would cost more if they got to us quickly but they got to us immediately! Took a truck off the lift and put our van up, replaced our water pump. We had been camping at Oyster Lake and it blew on the way back to our home in Dickinson. We would have had to get a hotel in Bay City, which would have been fine but so grateful they just took care of us right away. Thank you so much!
