I went to the C &J Auto repair shop to get my inspection done and I was excited as it was right by my house. When I went in they were professional and got right to it. However | left the repair shop in tears because they had rejected my vehicle for a list of reasons and said they'd fix it for around 2,370 dollars. Shoutout to the team! They helped me bring my car back to life but didn’t break the bank. I could’ve went at a good time but the two times I took my car here, it was done same day. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend! Thanks guys
I left the car with them on Monday at 7:30 AM. He told me he would start working on it on Tuesday or Wednesday morning and that he would send me a message with all the details after inspecting it. However, he never contacted me. I was the one who called them, and they told me he was on his lunch break and would call me back, but he never did. I went there to understand what was going on, but his attitude was very bad and he was not cooperative at all. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope it will not happen again.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was in a real bind on my way to Florida when my VW Tiguan needed unexpected repairs, and they truly saved the day. Stewart and Aaron went above and beyond to help me out — professional, honest, and genuinely caring about getting me safely back on the road.
