Very rude and unprofessional. I called and spoke with Carlos regarding the requirements for a salvage inspection, and he was extremely unpleasant, arrogant, and rude without any reason. Not willing to help, couldn't even provide business hours when asked. Stay away from this business if possible.
service of poor quality, I requested the services today and the owner already arrived full of grudging and when it was time to put the car on top he was not careful he hit the rear bumper which came off and scratched the paint when I questioned the owner he was very arrogant.
Stay Away! Scam Artist charged me 25 x the cost for inspection! I never asked for inspection! However he never fixed the 3 codes which I asked to address. Would not give me a receipt. said he would have to add tax. Asked for cash only!
