Very Personable and takes time with his patients!
I don’t typically leave reviews however, based on my experience with them thus far I’m not impressed. I have family that go here and they’ve had a good experience with Dr. Alappatt. The NP I saw for my first appt was dismissive, rude, and had no empathy. I’m sure the other staff there are great. I've called their office numerous times to request my blood work which has been back for a week now. I was told I would get a call 2 days ago and still have not heard a thing. I started going to Arthritis and Osteoporosis center about a month ago. I have never been treated so rudely at a dr. Office. I made many calls which all got ignored. The nursing staff is rude and arrogant. I had to leave and find another specialist. I called 3 times to get my medicine. I was lied too and ignored. Please save yourself and go some where else.
I have been a patient at this office for quite sometime. My experience has been one of great customer service. I love the treatment from all those wonderful people in his office. Even when I was have a painful appointment for me caring and soft touch is what I recived.
Dr.Alapatt, Maria, Kimberly, front desk receptionist and infusion nurses are amazing. They are professional, kind and each one does a good job in their role. I have had a few occasions where I have talked with Fran who works with insurance and speciality medications. Every time I have had to ask her a question about insurance she is impatient, condescending and acts as though she is very put out to help you.
