Initially Hank was sent out to assess the situation with a leaky silcock hydrant in my backyard. He determined that the silcock needed replacing. Then two men show up with no parts and no real knowledge of what they were supposed to be doing they had to reassess the situation. They had to drive and get parts come back and replace the seal caulk they cut in to the drywall in my pantry. No big deal easy access. I said on the phone I needed a washing machine drain cleaned out. They sent two men to looked at the drain, said it had a 90-degree turn at the bottom and would need to break up the concrete to get at it. They would send me an estimate of the cost to fix it. That 45-minute house call was about 259.00 I explained my situation to a friend and he said that's sounds ridiculous and came by and used a drain auger, ran it though it twist to be sure. I will never use them again. It took several weeks for them to schedule my apt. They were told we needed a hydrostatic pressure test and quality of line verified. We also told them we didn’t know where the cleanout was and would need a camera. They showed up without one and acted put out by having to go back to get it. They then found the cleanout and told me the cap was eroded and unable to come off and that they’d need to dig a huge trench, tearing up the concrete and replacing the cleanout so it wouldn’t create a leak if ... read more
