Professional, Courteous, Considerate and explained everything!!
I will never use them again. It took several weeks for them to schedule my apt. They were told we needed a hydrostatic pressure test and quality of line verified. We also told them we didn’t know where the cleanout was and would need a camera. They showed up without one and acted put out by having to go back to get it. They then found the cleanout and told me the cap was eroded and unable to come off and that they’d need to dig a huge trench, tearing up the concrete and replacing the cleanout so it wouldn’t create a leak if ... read more
I've tried using this company several times and giving them a chance since they're from Broken Arrow and close to me. They just went to look at a leak at a rent house for me that ended up being HVAC related and they sent me a bill for $165 anyway. Said they charge a minimum of one hour and it took two people. I'm done with them, that's ridiculous. They did nothing and it still cost me almost $200! I've been upset with them in the past for charging astronomical amounts for simple work. I should've known better...
