Very unprofessional employee that works here. I think his name was Joey or Joseph. Any way they came out and he was cussing and ranting about all kinds of things. If this is how he talks about women I don't want to do business with them. I still cannot believe they came highly recommend.

I was convinced tree roots had broken my main drain line. I was fully prepared to have the concrete floor broken up to repair it. The guys showed up promptly at 8:30. They ran the camera and told me it was just years of buildup. They poured some chemical in it, told us to let it sit overnight and returned the following day, snaked it and resolved the problem. I couldn’t be happier. This is a local family company which only makes it easier to chose them for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michelle.

Initially Hank was sent out to assess the situation with a leaky silcock hydrant in my backyard. He determined that the silcock needed replacing. Then two men show up with no parts and no real knowledge of what they were supposed to be doing they had to reassess the situation. They had to drive and get parts come back and replace the seal caulk they cut in to the drywall in my pantry. No big deal easy access. I said on the phone I needed a washing machine drain cleaned out. They sent two men to looked at the drain, said it had a 90-degree turn at the bottom and would need to break up the concrete to get at it. They would send me an estimate of the cost to fix it. That 45-minute house call was about 259.00 I explained my situation to a friend and he said that's sounds ridiculous and came by and used a drain auger, ran it though it twist to be sure.
